Vodka Jell-0
Hey kids! Wanna make a fun treat that will knock you off you're feet?
( remember, get Mom & Dad to help you buy the booze! )
  1. Start this project well before it's needed, the alcohol slows the setting time, it's also the reason for using sparing amounts of liquid
  2. Boil about 200 ml per box of Jell-0 (this is 20% less water than you would use when making normal Jell-0 )
  3. In a separate bowl make a 50/50 mix of cold water and vodka, mix up 200 ml total per box of Jell-0
  4. Mix Jell-0 powder into the boiling water until it completely dissolves
  5. Pour the hot water/ Jell-0 powder mix into the cold water/ vodka mix and stir until well mixed
  6. put in fridge and allow a long time to set (use a knife to see if it is actually set to the bottom of the bowl)
